lyrics
Fall behind, moving
Times hands race by so quickly
Momentum, spiral towards ascension
Entropy
Lose track, lose track of time
Keep fighting entropy
All I seek Is all i'll ever find
Searching for anything,
Constant through time
Lose sight of everything
Trapped in this black hole
Lose sight of my soul
Lose my sensation of my soul
Trapped in this black hole
Lose sight of my soul
Lose sight of my own perception
There’s no perspective on time
Constructs are left with regression
Memory fades and processes die
Arrows lost with no end
Keep moving
Never looking forward only looking on towards the next thing
My own thoughts are all i'll find all that I can know
All’s unknown
Cognitive dissonance
Now is upon us
Transcend in nirvana
Yeah don’t get so caught up
The future’s not thought of
Present
Moment
Now is upon us
Transcend in nirvana
Rach out, take hold, hold onto the present its all that we know
Memory fades and processes die and nothing remains
All withers, decays and dies in time
Wither, decay and die, in time
No altercations, no moments replayed
No final goodbyes, no last words to say
No mistakes forgave, no progressions praised
No hell forsaking, no heaven to save
In this present moment we have here and now
Sand slips through our fingers, still wondering how
To embrace another To scream seize the day
Each moment is passing and nothing remains
And nothing remains
We’ll wither decay
And die all the same
And nothing remains
And nothing remains
Well wither decay and die all the same
Now is upon us
Transcend in nirvana
Yeah don’t get so caught up (Reach out, Take Hold)
The futures not thought of, transcend nirvana
Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
